ELA9RL2 The student identifies, analyzes, and applies knowledge of theme in literary works from various genres and provides evidence from the works to support understanding.
Students will be able to understant the main idea of the short story and will be able to describe it and provide evidence of the main idea/ theme of the story to support the meaning of the story.
What I expect from this short story project is to be able to identify the main idea and be able to understand the theme.
